You will combine performance marketing, experimentation, and data analysis to continuously improve conversion rates, remove friction across user journeys, and scale what works through testing and optimisation.

- Landing page development:
- Building landing pages for each marketing channel
- Building landing pages for multiple campaign types on demand
- QA & Troubleshooting: Proactively check for UI/UX & performance issues

- Funnel Analysis: Deep dive into user flows to analyze drop-off rates using funnel analysis and heatmaps.
- Friction Removal: Identify specific pain points and bottlenecks on landing pages, registration forms, sign-up flows, and payment gateways.
- A/B Testing: Build and own the A/B testing roadmap, creating hypotheses to test headlines, page layouts, form fields, and Call-to-Actions (CTAs).
- Performance Review: Measure the effectiveness of experiments and propose data-backed recommendations for permanent improvements.
- Research & Documentation:
- Knowledge Management: Document every test hypothesis, result, and insight to build a repository of "wins" and "learnings".
- Proactive Research: Actively research and propose new optimization methodologies or tools.
- Market Intelligence: Research target markets and regional events (seasonality/holidays) to time campaigns and optimizations effectively.
- Linkedin & Facebook ads:
- Campaign setup and optimization

- Strong ability to optimise website and landing page conversion rates.
- Hands-on experience building and optimising landing pages for campaigns, work pages, or product workspaces.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX marketing, ideally for US-based SaaS or tech products.
- Data-driven mindset with strong execution skills and operational experience.
- Proficiency in English (approximately IELTS 7.0 or equivalent).
- Experience with Google Ads or other paid acquisition channels is a plus.
Assessment (Hiring Process)
- Self-introduction in English.
- Website review task: analyse a given website and provide clear, actionable optimisation recommendations.
- Interview round 1: Growth & role fit interview with the Head of Growth and Digital Marketing Lead.
- Interview round 2: Final interview with the CEO
