Try some questions from the course

Question 1 of 3

What was the main reason the salary data appeared in the answer?

The assistant had access to far more than the task needed, so it could use anything in the drive. Narrow access, checked before connecting, is the safeguard. The question was normal, the colleague did nothing wrong, and the problem was not the template.

Lesson 1, An AI assistant exposes salary files, teaches this. See the outline

Question 2 of 3

Step 4 of the check asks whether you can remove or replace the personal parts. Why is this useful?

Often the AI only needs the shape of the task, not the identities. Replacing names with placeholders shares much less personal data. Check that what is left cannot point to the person, for example dates, order numbers or unusual details. It does not make a tool approved, and it does not replace checking the output.

Lesson 3, The five-step check before you paste or connect, teaches this. See the outline

Question 3 of 3

You think a new AI tool would save your team hours. What is the best first step?

Make a request through the organisation's route, saying the task, the data, the tool and the benefit. Using it first and asking later, or using a personal account, puts data outside the organisation's control.

Lesson 5, Reporting an incident and requesting approved tools, teaches this. See the outline
