Kā padarīt PowerPoint interaktīvu: pievienojumprogrammas un rīki, kas darbojas

Īsā atbilde: to add live audience interaction to an existing PowerPoint deck, use an add-in that runs inside PowerPoint: ClassPoint, Slido, Mentimeter, Poll Everywhere, or Vevox. To build a fully interactive presentation from scratch, use AhaSlides, Mentimeter, Genially, or Nearpod. To convert a deck into an interactive e-learning module, use iSpring Suite or Articulate 360. These are three different jobs and the tools are not interchangeable.

Most articles on this topic mix all three categories into a single ranked list, which is why people install the wrong thing. Below they are separated.

We make AhaSlides, which appears in the second category. Where a tool's behavior depends on your PowerPoint version or license, we say so rather than glossing over it.

How do I make my PowerPoint presentation interactive?

Install an add-in that runs inside PowerPoint, such as ClassPoint, Slido, Poll Everywhere, Mentimeter, or Vevox. Each adds live polls or Q&A to your existing slides so the audience responds from their phones. If interaction is central to the session rather than occasional, building in a dedicated tool such as AhaSlides is usually faster than plugging into PowerPoint.

What are the top-rated interactive PowerPoint add-ins?

ClassPoint for teaching, Slido for Q&A-led corporate events, Poll Everywhere for enterprise deployments, Mentimeter for visual polling, and Vevox for anonymity and Microsoft Teams vidi.

What are the best tools for creating interactive PowerPoints?

For live audience interaction, AhaSlides, Mentimeter, un Slido. For visually interactive, self-guided content, Genially. For classroom use with student devices, Nearpod or Pear Deck. For self-paced SCORM modules, iSpring Suite or Articulate 360.

Can I make PowerPoint interactive without any add-in?

Partly. PowerPoint supports hyperlinks between slides, action buttons, triggered animations, and Zoom sections, which allow branching and clickable navigation. What native PowerPoint cannot do is collect live responses from an audience. That always requires a second tool.

Do interactive PowerPoint add-ins work on Mac?

It varies by product and changes over time, and several add-ins in this category have historically been Windows-first. Confirm current platform support on the vendor's own page before rolling one out to a mixed-platform team.

Will an add-in change my existing slides?

No. Add-ins insert their own interactive slides or overlay a response layer. Your original slides, template, and branding stay as they are, though interactive slides will usually look like the vendor's design rather than your template.

First, decide which of the three jobs you have

Job 1: keep the deck, add live interaction. Your slides are finished and approved. You want a poll on slide 12 and a Q&A at the end, without rebuilding anything. You need an pievienot-in.

Job 2: build an interactive presentation. You are starting fresh and interaction is the point, not a garnish. A dedicated interactive presentation tool will be faster and better than PowerPoint plus a plugin.

Job 3: turn the deck into a self-paced module. Nobody is presenting. A learner clicks through alone, and you want branching, scored questions, and SCORM output for an LMS. You need an authoring tool, and neither of the first two categories will do it.

Job 1: add-ins that run inside PowerPoint

These install into PowerPoint and add a ribbon tab. Your deck stays a .pptx file.

ClassPoint

The most fully integrated option for teaching. It adds interactive question types directly to your existing slides, plus annotation, a name picker, and awardable stars, all without leaving Slide Show mode.

Labākais: teachers and trainers who present from PowerPoint on Windows and want interaction without a second screen.
Skatīties: it is a Windows PowerPoint product. Check current platform support before committing if your team is on Mac.

Slido

Adds polls and audience Q&A to PowerPoint through an official add-in, and is the strongest of these for question moderation and upvoting at larger events.

Labākais: conferences, all-hands, and town halls run from a corporate deck.
Skatīties: interaction appears as Slido-rendered slides, so the visual style will not match your template exactly.

Mentimeter

Offers a PowerPoint integration alongside its main web app, so you can drop Menti slides into an existing deck.

Labākais: teams already standardized on Mentimeter.
Skatīties: the free plan is capped at 50 participants per month rather than per session (Mentimeter cenas), which is easy to exhaust.

Poll Everywhere

One of the longest-established PowerPoint add-ins, with responses appearing live on the slide. Enterprise administration and SSO are its strengths.

Labākais: large organizations with procurement requirements.

Vevox

A PowerPoint add-in with a strong emphasis on anonymity and data handling, plus Microsoft Teams integrāciju.

Labākais: regulated industries and internal sessions where anonymity must be defensible.

Job 2: tools that replace the deck

If you are building from scratch, an interactive-first tool avoids the seams that plugins create.

AhaSlides

Polls, scored quizzes, word clouds, Q&A, and a live leaderboard in one presentation, with a free plan for up to 50 live participants. You can import an existing PowerPoint as a starting point rather than rebuilding slide by slide. On the yearly plan Essential is $95.40 and Pro $191.40, which is $7.95 and $15.95 a month; month-to-month is $23.95 and $49.95.

Labākais: sessions where interaction happens repeatedly throughout, not once at the end.
Skatīties: it is a live-session tool. For self-paced modules, see job 3.

Ģenāli

The strongest option for vizuāli interactive content: clickable hotspots, layered reveals, and animated infographics. This is interactivity in the sense of exploration rather than live audience response.

Labākais: interactive one-pagers, self-guided content, and visually rich material.

Nearpod and Pear Deck

Both built for classrooms, both let students follow along on their own devices with embedded questions. Nearpod carries a large ready-made lesson library; Pear Deck integrates tightly with Google Slides.

Labākais: K-12 and higher education.

Prezi

Non-linear, zooming presentations. Interactive in structure rather than in audience response, and worth considering when the shape of the argument benefits from moving around a canvas.

Job 3: authoring tools for self-paced modules

iSpring Suite

Installs into PowerPoint and converts a deck into a SCORM-compliant e-learning module with quizzes, branching, and narration. The closest thing to "PowerPoint, but as a course."

Labākais: teams with existing PowerPoint content and an LMS to feed.

Artikuls 360

The category standard for serious e-learning authoring, including branching scenarios and simulations. More capable than iSpring and correspondingly more to learn.

Labākais: dedicated instructional designers.

Practical notes from running these sessions

  • Test on the presenting machine, not yours. Add-ins depend on PowerPoint version, operating system, and licensing. The conference laptop is where they fail.
  • Have a fallback. Keep a plain .pptx export without interactive slides. Venue wifi fails often enough that this has saved more sessions than any feature.
  • Do not put the first interaction at the end. If the audience has sat passively for forty minutes, they will not suddenly participate. Put something on slide two, even a trivial poll, to establish that this session expects them to respond.
  • Check the join path on a phone. Most participants join on mobile. If the join code or QR flow is awkward on a phone, participation drops regardless of how good the questions are.
