Spanish Editor Intern

Full-Time Internship / Onsite in Hanoi (Vietnam) / Vietnam Working Hours

The Role

This position is part of our International Internship Program at the AhaSlides Hanoi office.

As a Spanish Editor Intern, you will support our Content team in ensuring Spanish-language content is clear, accurate, and culturally appropriate for Spanish-speaking audiences. You will work on real projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing global SaaS environment.

This is a structured, full-time internship designed for international students who want exposure to content localisation, AI-assisted publishing workflows, and SaaS marketing operations.

Vad du kommer att göra

  • Edit content (main quest ~70%)
    • Turn AI drafts into actually human-sounding blogs.
    • Keep tone on-brand: playful, smart, and pleasantly surprising (very AhaSlides).
    • Fact-check, fix weird AI moments, and make sure sources are legit.
  • Make it look good (~20%)
    • Create simple, on-brand infographics & blog visuals in Canva.
    • Use AhaSlides to show how the product is used IRL, not just screenshots.
    • No ugly walls of text on your watch.
  • Publish content to the world (~10%)
    • Edit & publish posts in Webflow.
    • Follow a repeatable workflow and help push a lot of content live, fast.

Vem detta program är för

  • International students currently studying or recently graduated.
  • Strong written Spanish skills.
  • Comfortable writing for US audiences.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Available for a full-time, on-site internship in Hanoi.

  • Location: AhaSlides Hanoi Office (Vietnam).
  • Working hours: Vietnam business hours (Monday–Friday).
  • Duration: Flexible depending on program agreement.
  • Support: Monthly stipend to help cover basic living expenses.
