Try some questions from the course

Question 1 of 3

A coworker finds a noose over their work area. The foreman says it was a prank. Which statement is most accurate?

Intent is not the test. Courts have held that a single, extremely serious incident can be enough, but this is a rule of facts and degree, not a promise that every symbol is unlawful. Company policy also bans it regardless.

Lesson 1, Why this matters, teaches this. See the outline

Question 2 of 3

A history trainer shows a WWII propaganda poster to explain how propaganda works. What is the best reading?

Educational use in context is different from using an image to target someone. Context matters more than the image alone.

Lesson 3, Context matters, teaches this. See the outline

Question 3 of 3

What should Ayşe do first after making sure nobody is in immediate danger?

Record the facts and protect the scene, then report. Don't share the image and don't confront.

Lesson 4, If you find it, teaches this. See the outline
