Bilang isang Espesyalista sa SaaS Onboarding, you are the "Face of AhaSlides" for our new users. Your mission is to ensure that every customer—from a teacher in Brazil to a corporate trainer in London—understands the value of our platform within minutes of signing up.

You aren’t just teaching features; you are helping users solve their engagement problems. You will bridge the gap between technical complexity and "aha!" moments, ensuring our new users feel empowered, successful, and excited to use AhaSlides.


Ano ang gagawin mo

  • Guide the Journey: Conduct high-energy onboarding sessions and webinars for new users to help them build their first interactive presentation with AhaSlides.
  • Simplify the Complex: Take sophisticated features and explain them in simple, layman's terms.
  • Be a Problem Detective: Actively listen to user needs, identifying the "pain points" behind their questions and offering creative solutions.
  • Humimok ng Pag-ampon ng Produkto: Identify users who are struggling and proactively reach out to guide them toward success.
  • Advocate for the User: Share insights and feedback from your interactions with our internal teams to help shape our roadmap.

  • An Exceptional Communicator: You have a mastery of the English language (especially verbal). You can command a virtual room and make people feel heard.
  • Technically Curious: You don’t need to be a coder, but you aren't afraid of "how things work." You love tinkering with software and finding new ways to use it.
  • Empathetic & Patient: You genuinely care about helping others succeed. You can stay calm and helpful even when a user is frustrated.
  • Growth-Oriented: You thrive on feedback. You are always looking for ways to improve your presentation style, your technical knowledge, and our internal processes.
  • Professionally Minded: You represent the brand with polished professionalism while maintaining the fun, approachable energy that AhaSlides is known for.

Mga pangunahing kinakailangan

  • Fluency in English: Native or advanced level is a must.
  • Karanasan: At least 2 years in Customer Success, Onboarding, Training, or a related customer-facing role in SaaS.
  • Mga Kasanayan sa Pagtatanghal: Comfort with public speaking and leading virtual meetings.
  • Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly learn new software tools (CRM, Helpdesk software, etc.).
