SkoleTube gives Danish teachers and students single sign-on access (via UNI-login) to a library of 27 production and presentation tools — everything from video and comic workshops to podcasting and animation. As the platform's built-in "Netflix for edtech," it has near-total freedom in choosing which tools make the cut.
The gap SkoleTube wanted to close wasn't a lack of tools — it was a lack of two-way engagement. Most of what students and teachers used let them create and consume content, but not necessarily interact with each other live, in the room, on devices they already carried.

In September 2020, SkoleTube added AhaSlides to its toolkit, bringing interactive polls, quizzes, word clouds, and Q&A to more than 600,000 students and teachers — representing roughly 90% of Denmark's entire school system at the time.

It's a relationship that has now spanned six years and continues through 2029 — built not on a single rollout, but on consistent, everyday use by teachers and students across the country.
