Ingasetyenziswa nini kwaye phi iNgcaciso yeQela?

1/ Amaziko eMfundo ePhakamileyo:

I-Team Based Learning idla ngokusetyenziswa kwiiyunivesithi nakwiikholeji, kubandakanywa ishishini, inkathalo yezempilo, ubunjineli, isayensi yezentlalo, kunye noluntu, ukukhuthaza ukuzibandakanya kwabafundi kunye nokucinga okunzulu.

2/ K-12 Imfundo (iZikolo eziPhakamileyo):

Ootitshala kwizikolo eziphakamileyo banokusebenzisa i-TBL ukukhuthaza ukusebenzisana, ukucinga nzulu, kunye nokuthatha inxaxheba okubonakalayo phakathi kwabafundi, ukubanceda ukuba babambe iikhonsepthi ezinzima ngeengxoxo zamaqela kunye nemisebenzi yokusombulula iingxaki.

3/ Amaqonga okuFunda kwi-Intanethi:

I-TBL inokulungelelaniswa kwiikhosi ze-intanethi, zisebenzisa izixhobo zentsebenziswano ezibonakalayo kunye neeforam zengxoxo ukuququzelela imisebenzi yeqela kunye nokufunda koontanga nakwimeko yedijithali.

4/ Imodeli yeKlasi eJingiwe:

I-TBL izalisekisa imodeli yegumbi lokufundela, apho abafundi baqala bafunde umxholo ngokuzimeleyo baze emva koko bazibandakanye kwimisebenzi yentsebenziswano, iingxoxo, kunye nokusetyenziswa kolwazi eklasini.

5/ Iiklasi zezifundo ezinkulu:

Kwizifundo ezinkulu ezisekelwe kwizifundo, i-TBL ingasetyenziselwa ukwahlula abafundi babe ngamaqela amancinci, ukukhuthaza intsebenziswano yoontanga, ukuzibandakanya okusebenzayo, kunye nokuphucula ukuqonda kwemathiriyeli.

Indlela yokudibanisa iQela eliSekeke kwiSifundo kwiziCwangciso zokuFundisa?

Ukuhlanganisa ngempumelelo iTeam-Based Learning (TBL) kwizicwangciso zakho zokufundisa, landela la manyathelo:

1/ Qala ngokukhetha imisebenzi efanelekileyo:

Imisebenzi oyikhethayo iya kuxhomekeka kumxholo kunye neenjongo zesifundo. Eminye imisebenzi eqhelekileyo ye-TBL iquka:

3/ Nika ingxelo:

Kubalulekile ukunika abafundi ingxelo ngomsebenzi wabo kuyo yonke inkqubo ye-TBL. Oku kunokwenziwa ngeeRAT, iikhwizi zamaqela, novavanyo lwabalingane. 

Ingxelo inokunceda abafundi bachonge iindawo ekufuneka bephucule kuzo kwaye bafunde ngokufanelekileyo.

4/ Hlala ubhetyebhetye:

Isifundo esiSekwe kwiQela siyaguquguquka. Linga ngemisebenzi eyahlukeneyo kunye neendlela zokufumana eyona nto ifanele abafundi bakho kwaye ifanele indawo yokufunda.

5/ Funa isikhokelo:

Ukuba umtsha kwi-TBL, funa uncedo kootishala abanamava, funda nge-TBL, okanye uye kwiindibano zocweyo. Kukho ubutyebi bezinto zokukukhokela.
