Karl heeft meer dan twintig jaar ervaring in instructieontwerp en gamificatie. Hij is auteur van diverse boeken, waaronder 'The Gamification of Learning and Instruction', is Guild Master bij The Learning Guild en ontving de 'Distinguished Contribution to Talent Development Award' van ATD.
