Effective broker education directly supports business outcomes: it strengthens broker relationships, helps brokers meet industry education requirements, and equips them with the practical skills needed to grow business with Definity.

In a distributed broker network, the Broker Education's primary challenge was translating complex, multi-departmental technical content into cohesive, interactive learning experiences.
Success means delivering timely, relevant training that brokers can immediately apply in their roles. It also means creating engaging, interactive learning experiences that move beyond passive instruction, leverage brokers’ existing expertise, and are tailored to adult learning principles to maximize participation and knowledge retention.
Where AhaSlides comes in
Economical's Enterprise L&D team adopted AhaSlides as the platform allowed them to seamlessly integrate existing PowerPoint presentations while strategically incorporating interactive elements, helping them increase participation, knowledge retention, and overall learner engagement.
AhaSlides has been used for both technical and soft skills training.
In the insurance industry, technical content can often be complex and difficult to make engaging. AhaSlides helps simplify complicated topics, encourage participation, and foster meaningful discussion throughout the session.
