Explain why a consistent, job-related interview is fairer and more useful than an unstructured chat.
Learners prepare on their own, you answer questions live, and the surveys tell you what stuck. 11 fields to fill in with your own policy, contacts and locations; each one is highlighted inside the course.

Run a short job analysis and turn it into 4-6 competencies.
Build a question bank: behavioural and situational questions, with probes, for each competency.
Write an anchored rating scale (1, 3 and 5) for each competency and score an answer with it.
Calibrate a panel before interviews and score independently.
Lead a debrief on evidence, spot bias patterns in the room and keep the records.
12 questions, 80% to pass. The result is saved to the learner's record.
