Try some questions from the course

Question 1 of 3

Why do insurers attract cyber criminals?

Claims and underwriting files bring health, money and identity details together in one place, which makes them valuable. The other answers are not true of insurers.

Lesson 1, The email from the "repair shop", teaches this. See the outline

Question 2 of 3

A message that looks like it comes from a senior colleague asks you to approve an urgent change to a payment. What do you check first?

Replying goes to the sender, who may be the criminal. Verify through a channel you already trust, such as a call to a known number. A signature or other replies prove nothing.

Lesson 3, Spot, stop, report, teaches this. See the outline

Question 3 of 3

Who should hear first about a suspected security event?

Report through the route your organisation sets, straight away. You do not need proof, and the security team decides what happens next. A public channel or a friend is not a safe place for details.

Lesson 5, Speak up and apply, teaches this. See the outline
