Try some questions from the course

Question 1 of 3

What was the main problem with Chris's advice?

Chris left out drawbacks that mattered to Mina's decision. More cover is not a fault in itself, and Mina's good payment record is a reason to be careful, not a reason to switch. A fair recommendation names the costs, the lost benefits and the conflict of interest.

Lesson 1, The "better" policy, teaches this. See the outline

Question 2 of 3

Which step comes first in a replacement?

Start by asking whether a policy is being replaced. Everything else, the notice, the comparison and the record, depends on knowing that it is one.

Lesson 3, Doing a replacement right, teaches this. See the outline

Question 3 of 3

You see a colleague's clients replacing policies every year. What is the best first action?

Report it through the reporting route. You do not need proof: a pattern is enough to raise, and compliance can look at the facts. Copying, warning or ignoring leave clients at risk.

Lesson 5, Speak up and apply, teaches this. See the outline
