Try some questions from the course

Question 1 of 3

Why does prompt, accurate reporting of a work injury matter?

Prompt reporting gets the person care sooner and lets the claim be handled fairly and on time. Waiting can make the injury worse and the facts harder to record. A report is not an accusation, and it does not decide whether the claim is accepted.

Lesson 1, The Monday morning injury, teaches this. See the outline

Question 2 of 3

Where should you record what happened?

The injury report is the right place, written as facts. A group chat or private note spreads details to people who do not need them, or leaves the record incomplete.

Lesson 3, When someone is hurt, teaches this. See the outline

Question 3 of 3

A team member says people get into trouble for reporting injuries. What helps most?

A clear message that reporting is expected and never penalised builds trust. Bonuses tied to zero reports and silence all make people less likely to speak up.

Lesson 5, Speak up and apply, teaches this. See the outline
