Try some questions from the course

Question 1 of 3

What was the real problem in the lunch story?

The barrier was the venue and the choice that nobody questioned. Including everyone means picking places and plans that work for the whole team.

Lesson 1, Why this matters, teaches this. See the outline

Question 2 of 3

A condition is well controlled with medication. Does it still count as a disability under the ADA?

The ADA Amendments Act says the effect of medication is not considered when deciding whether a condition is a disability, apart from ordinary glasses and contact lenses.

Lesson 2, What the law says, teaches this. See the outline

Question 3 of 3

Does Siobhán need to use the word "accommodation" or "ADA" to ask?

An employee can ask in plain words, and a manager who hears a need should treat it as a possible request.

Lesson 4, What would you do?, teaches this. See the outline
