How to play a fill in the blank game
The rules are simple: read out a sentence with one key word missing, and players shout, write or type their answer. The person with the most correct answers wins.

How to make a fill in the blank quiz on AhaSlides

1. Write the sentence and blank out the key words. Type the full sentence, then select a word and turn it into a blank. You can blank out up to four words per slide, so pick the words that test recall.
2. Choose how players answer. Pick one answer type for the whole slide. With Free Type, players type the missing word, which is the better test of whether someone really knows it. 3. Set the answer key. For a typed blank, add the answer to show on the reveal plus up to three other accepted answers, such as “colour” and “color”. Matching ignores capitals, accents and common punctuation, so “Oxygen” and “oxygen.” both count without you listing them.

Tips to make a fill in the blank quiz more fun
Pridajte časový limit. Around 15 to 20 seconds per question creates pressure without making typed answers impossible. Watching the clock count down is half the fun.
