Try some questions from the course

Question 1 of 3

Why did Jakub ship the work without changes?

Each person judges feedback on their own scale. Ana Lúcia softened a blocker; Jakub took the softened words at face value. A shared model makes the priority clear whatever the wording.

Lesson 1, Why it matters, teaches this. See the outline

Question 2 of 3

Which is a behaviour, not a label?

A behaviour is something anyone could have seen or heard. A label is a judgement about the person, and it is hard to answer without getting defensive.

Lesson 2, A shared model, teaches this. See the outline

Question 3 of 3

A colleague's report has a serious gap. Which feedback is clearest?

It names the gap, says how serious it is and gives a date. Softening tone is fine; hiding the priority is not.

Lesson 3, Same message, different delivery, teaches this. See the outline
