1. The affiliate’s source must be the last source that leads to the transaction.
2. Affiliates may use any method or channel to promote sales, but are not allowed to run paid ads using AhaSlides brand-related keywords, including typos or variations.
3. Commissions & tier counts apply only to successful transactions with no refund or downgrade requests during the pending period (60 days).

• Misleading Content Distribution

Publishing inaccurate, misleading, or overly exaggerated content that misrepresents AhaSlides or its features is strictly prohibited. All promotional materials must truthfully represent the product and align with AhaSlides’ actual capabilities and values.

• No paid ads using brand keywords

As mentioned in Eligibility.

• Fraud attempts

If the commission has already been paid and and the following cases occur:

- The referred customer requests a refund where the plan spending is less than the paid commission.

- The referred customer downgrades to a plan with value less than the paid commission.

Then the affiliate will receive a notice and must respond within 7 days, choosing one of the following options:

Option 1 : Have the exact loss amount caused to AhaSlides deducted from future referral commissions.

Option 2 : Be labeled as fraudulent, permanently removed from the program, and forfeit all pending commissions.

When the successful referrals comply with all terms and conditions and the affiliate earnings reach a minimum of $50,
a wire transfer will be made by the AhaSlides accounting team to the affiliate’s bank account on the due date (up to 60 days from the transaction date).

Conflict Resolution & Rights Reserved

• In the event of any disputes, discrepancies, or conflicts related to affiliate tracking, commission payments, or participation in the program, AhaSlides will investigate the matter internally. Our decision will be considered final and binding.
• By joining the Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to abide by these terms and acknowledge that all aspects of the program—including commission structure, eligibility, tracking mechanisms, and payout methods—are subject to change at the sole discretion of AhaSlides.
• AhaSlides reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program, or any affiliate account, at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
• All content, branding, marketing assets, and intellectual property associated with AhaSlides remain the exclusive property of AhaSlides and may not be altered or misrepresented in any promotional activity.
