Account Manager
Full-Time / Immediately / Remote (US time)
We are seeking an individual who is confident in their communication skills, has experience in SaaS sales, and has worked in training, facilitation, or employee engagement. You should be comfortable advising customers on how to run more effective meetings, workshops, and learning sessions using AhaSlides.
This role combines Inbound Sales (guiding qualified leads toward purchase) with customer success and training enablement (ensuring clients adopt and gain real value from AhaSlides).
You will be the first point of contact for many customers and a long-term partner, helping organisations improve audience engagement over time.
This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys advising, presenting, problem-solving, and building strong, trust-based customer relationships.
What you’ll do
Inbound sales
- Respond to inbound leads from various channels.
- Conduct in-depth account research and recommend the most suitable solution.
- Deliver product demos and value-based walkthroughs in clear English.
- Collaborate with Marketing to enhance conversion quality, lead scoring, and handover processes.
- Manage contracts, proposals, renewals, and expansion discussions with support from Sales leadership.
Onboarding, training & customer success
- Lead onboarding and training sessions for new accounts, including L&D teams, HR, trainers, educators, and event organisers.
- Coach users on best practices for engagement, session design, and presentation flow.
- Monitor product adoption and other signals to maximise retention and uncover expansion opportunities
- Proactively reach out if usage drops or expansion opportunities arise.
- Run regular check-ins or business reviews to communicate impact and value.
- Act as the customer voice across Product, Support, and Growth teams.
What you should be good at
- Experience in training, L&D facilitation, employee engagement, HR, consulting, or presentation coaching (strong advantage).
- 3–6+ years in Customer Success, Inbound Sales, Account Management, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English — able to lead live demos and training confidently.
- Comfortable speaking with managers, trainers, HR Leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Empathy and curiosity to understand customer pain points and help solve them.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple conversations and follow-ups.
- Bonus if you’ve led change management programs or corporate training/adoption projects.
