We are AhaSlides, a SaaS (software as a service) company. AhaSlides is an audience engagement platform that allows leaders, managers, educators, and speakers to connect with their audience and let them interact in real-time. We launched AhaSlides in July 2019. It’s now being used and trusted by millions of users from over 200 countries all around the world.

We have over 30 members, coming from Vietnam (mostly), Singapore, the Philippines, the UK, and Czech. We are a Singapore corporation with a subsidiary in Vietnam and a soon-to-be-set-up subsidiary in the EU.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our team in Hanoi, as part of our effort to scale up sustainably.

If you are interested in joining a fast-moving software company to take on the big challenges of fundamentally improving the way people worldwide gather and collaborate, this position is for you.

What you will be doing

  1. Content Creative Collaboration and Management
  • Plan, coordinate, and revise material for publication in AhaSlides websites and network sites.
  • Proofread content on the AhaSlides to make sure they satisfy our detailed SEO Criteria.
  • Create, edit, optimize and publish content in AhaSlides posts and pages.
  1. Partnership Management
  • Get high-quality backlinks
    • Produce content and contact partners to do Link RoundsUp (4 articles/ month, with at least 12 backlinks from this process)
    • Partnership management, to work with other newspapers, publication websites…
  • Backlink management
    • Create and control a large number of backlinks

What you should be good at

  • You should have excellent English skills.
  • You should have excellent self-management skills, always being meticulous, mindful, and extremely patient. Love to pay attention to small details.
  • You should be excellent with organization skills & time management skills.
  • Having experience in collaboration and partnership with overseas partners is a big plus.
  • Having experience with WordPress, Figma is a big plus.
  • Having previous experience in SEO is a big plus.
