Growth Specialist

We are AhaSlides, a SaaS (software as a service) company. AhaSlides is an audience engagement platform that allows leaders, managers, educators, and speakers to connect with their audience and let them interact in real-time. We launched AhaSlides in July 2019. It’s now being used and trusted by millions of users from over 200 countries worldwide.

We have over 30 members from Vietnam (mostly), Singapore, the Philippines, the UK, and Czech. We are a Singapore corporation with a subsidiary in Vietnam, and a soon-to-be-set-up subsidiary in the EU.

We are looking for a growth specialist to join our team in Hanoi as part of our effort to scale up sustainably.

What you will be doing

• Conduct in-depth analysis with big amount of data to capture insight/trend/opportunities that data tells in order to identify the product’s market niche.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative surveys to sympathize with user needs/pain points/desires, then improve their experience.
• Construct a strategy to grow the user base through acquisition, engagement, and retention loop with the smart blend of technology and marketing resources.
• Recommend changes to products or services based on consumer feedback Identifying opportunities for new business ventures by researching industries and markets.
• Develop pricing strategies to attract customers while ensuring profit margins stay within acceptable limits.
• Perform other duties as being assigned.

What you should be good at

• Huge curiosity with good observation in detail into user behaviors, problems, and hidden needs
• Critical and logical thinking with analytical skills
• Strong time management and communication skill with diverse stakeholders
• Competent in Excel & PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Bachelor Degree in Economics, Marketing, or Data Science is preferred
•  At least 3 years in the same position
