Product Marketing Manager

We are AhaSlides, a SaaS (software as a service) startup based in Hanoi, Vietnam. AhaSlides is an audience engagement platform that allows educators, leaders, and event hosts… to connect with their audience and let them interact in real-time. We launched AhaSlides in July 2019. It’s now being used and trusted by millions of users from over 200 countries all around the world.

We are looking for someone with a passion and expertise in Product Marketing to join our team and accelerate our growth engine to the next level.

What you will do

• Work closely with our Product teams to develop new product features, key messaging, and value proposition.
• Taking charge of the first “A” in the AARRR framework (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, and Revenue) by initiating and executing acquisition campaigns across all of our major acquisition channels, including: content marketing / SEO, social media, video, community, email marketing, ads, affiliates, influencers.
• Contribute effectively to the other 4 stages of the AARRR framework with your market and customer insights.
• Conduct in-depth research on the market and on our customer journey, to obtain understanding of the competitive landscape and help establish product differentiators.
• Manage agencies and contractors to ensure deliveries and ROI. We have worked with agencies from all around the world, including the UK, India, Singapore, Australia.
• Track and evaluate all marketing campaigns and marketing initiatives.

What you should be good at

• You should have over 3 years of hands-on experience in at least one of these fields:
  • Content marketing
  • SEO
  • Video production and video marketing
  • Digital advertising
  • Email marketing
  • Online community growth
  • Social media management
• You should have excellent communication skill in English.
• You should be good at problem solving and learning new skills.
• You should have strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Having proven track records of successfully executing marketing campaigns and product launch campaigns is a big plus.
• Having experience working in a tech startup, a product-centric company, or especially a SaaS company, is a big plus.
• Having experience working with (or in) marketing agencies is a plus.

What you will get

• The salary range for this position is from 20,000,000 VND to 50,000,000 VND (net), depending on experience/qualification.
