Video Content Creator

We are looking for a Video Content Creator with a passion for making informative and captivating videos in modern formats to join our team and accelerate our growth engine to the next level.

What you will do

• Work with our Product Marketing Team to plan and execute video content campaigns across all video and social media channels including Youtube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Create and distribute engaging content on a daily basis for multiple fast growing communities of AhaSlides users from around the world.
• Produce educational and inspirational videos for our user base as part of our AhaSlides Academy initiative.
• Work with our Data Analysts to optimise video traction and retention based on video SEO insights and analytics.
• Keep track of your own work and performance with visualised reports and dashboards. Our data-driven culture ensures that you will have a very fast feedback loop and continuously improve.
• You can also be involved in other aspects of what we do at AhaSlides (such as product development, growth hacking, UI/UX, data analytics). Our team members tend to be proactive, curious and rarely stay still in predefined roles.

What you should be good at

• Ideally, you should have professional experience in video production, video editing, or be working in the creative industry. However, that’s not a must. We are more interested in seeing your portfolios on Youtube / Vimeo, or even TikTok / Instagram.
• You have a knack for story-telling. You enjoy the incredible power of the video medium in telling a great story.
• It will be an advantage if you are social media savvy. You know how to make people subscribe to your Youtube channel and love your TikTok shorts.
• Having experience in any of these fields is a big plus: Shooting, Lighting, Cinematography, Directing, Acting.
• You can communicate in acceptable English with our team members. It’s also a big plus if you speak any other language than English and Vietnamese.

What you will get

• The salary range for this position is from 15,000,000 VND to 40,000,000 VND (net), depending on experience/qualification.
• Performance-based and yearly bonuses available.
• Team building 2 times/year.

• The leave regime increases gradually according to seniority, up to 22 days of leave/year.
• 6 days of emergency leave/year.
• Education budget 7,200,000/year
• Maternity regime according to the law and an extra month’s salary if you work for more than 18 months, half a month’s salary if you work for less than 18 months.
