What's the difference between 3 and 5 licences?
It's the number of team members who can host simultaneously. With 3 licenses, up to 3 people can run presentations at the same time. With 5 licences, that's 5 people. Choose based on your team size and how many concurrent sessions you're running.
What if I need a different number of licences?
3 and 5 are our standard tiers. If you need custom licensing (say, 10 or 20), contact hi@ahaslides.com - we can work with you.
Can I use this for a one-time event?
Yes. The monthly subscription covers unlimited events, so you can test, rehearse, and run your actual event all within 30 days. It lets you try the platform risk-free before your big presentation.
What happens if I need more than 2,500 participants in a session?
We support larger capacities. If you're expecting 5,000, 10,000, or more participants, contact hi@ahaslides.com and we'll build a solution that fits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel monthly subscriptions anytime with no penalties. Refunds aren't available once you've hosted an event with more than 7 participants.
How do I download results from my sessions?
Export as images, PDFs, or Excel files. Review post-session analytics in the AhaSlides app. Data stays available as long as your account is active
Do I get dedicated support?
Yes. You get priority WhatsApp and email support with a 30-minute response SLA during your event. For dedicated account management or custom onboarding, contact hi@ahaslides.com.
