Frequently asked questions

Annotate is an AhaSlides slide type that lets every participant draw on the same image from their own phone. You add a picture and a question, people mark their answer with four pen colours, and every drawing appears together on the presenter screen.

No app is needed. People join in the browser on their phone with the code on screen. They only sign in if you turn on audience authentication.

Pin on image collects one pin per person, so it suits a single point. Annotate collects free drawing, so it suits answers that are an area, an outline or several marks. See Pin on image.

Yes. Annotate is new and live for everyone, on every plan including Free. A few settings, such as Time limit, are not on every plan.

Up to 200 strokes per drawing. There is no eraser or brush size, but Undo removes the last stroke and Clear starts again.
