Five types, one sliding scale

Based on the Big Five model of personality. Each answer moves a score up or down a sliding scale, and the strongest trait decides the type.

  • The Explorer

Drawn to what's new. First in the queue for an idea nobody's tried yet.

  • The Achiever

Gets things done, and done properly.

  • The Spark

Brings the energy. A room warms up when they walk in.

  • The Ally

Looks out for people. Warm, considerate and in someone else's corner.

  • The Anchor

Stays calm through the ups and downs. A steady presence when things get busy.
