Questions about our Plans?
What is AhaSlides used for?
AhaSlides is an interactive presentation tool that helps presenters facilitate two-way engagement with their audience more effectively using interactive questions and activities, including competitive quizzes, polls, surveys, open-ended questions, word clouds, match pairs, spinner wheels, and many more.
Can I use AhaSlides for free?
Yes, we do have a Free plan for you, which is the most generous in the market. It allows you to host unlimited events with up to 50 participants at once.
How many questions can I ask with a Free plan?
Our new Free plan packs a punch! You can create and present up to 5 quiz questions and 3 poll questions within a single presentation. Plus, we've expanded the audience size to 50 participants, with unlimited presentations per month. Need more questions? Upgrade to one of our feature-rich Paid plans to unlock your presentation's full potential.
What is the difference between a Poll and a Quiz question?
- Quiz: Think of this as your knowledge tester. Quizzes involve predefined correct answers and various question types, such as Pick Answer, Pick Image, Short Answer, Match Pairs, Correct Order, and more. Participants earn points for correct answers, and results are displayed on a leaderboard, making them ideal for tests and assessments.
- Poll: This is your opinion gatherer. Polls can be Open-ended, Word Cloud, Brainstorm, or Scales. Unlike quizzes, polls don't typically have a 'correct' answer and don't involve points or leaderboards. They're ideal for collecting feedback, sparking discussions, or getting a quick pulse on your audience's thoughts.
What will happen when my event reaches the participant limit?
Your presentation can still go on as normal, however participants past the limit won't be able to join in. We recommend you to upgrade to the suitable plan prior to your event.
I'm using PowerPoint to present - can I use AhaSlides instead?
Yes, you can create slides and present them with AhaSlides. Even better, you can import your PowerPoint Slides into AhaSlides or add an AhaSlides to your PowerPoint presentation.
Is it possible to pay monthly?
Of course, you can. AhaSlides offers monthly subscription plans so that our customers can experience the product as much as possible before committing to a yearly subscription.
Will you store my credit card information?
No, we do not see, process or keep your credit card information. All payment details are handled by our payment provider (Stripe) for maximum security.
Can I share login details with my friends or colleagues?
No, sharing login details is against our Terms of Service and can pose security risks for yourself. For secure collaboration, invite your friend or colleague to create their own AhaSlides account and join your team. Alternatively, you can upgrade to the Pro plan to invite someone outside your team for collaboration.
Can I cancel my Monthly / Yearly subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime on AhaSlides. After the subscription is canceled, you will not be charged on the next billing cycle. You will continue to have the benefits of your current subscription until it expires.
Can I request a refund?
If you wish to cancel within fourteen (14) days from the day you subscribed, and you have not successfully used AhaSlides at a live event, you will receive a full refund. You just need to contact us and ask. No explanation needed.
