Your Idea Board session already happened. The room lit up, people contributed, something clicked. Now it's your turn to share what worked.
We're collecting real stories from real sessions because what worked in your room could offer something others can build on. In return, we'll send you an Amazon gift card as a thank-you for your time.
Rewards
As a thank-you:
- $30 gift card for a written story, and a screenshot of the Idea Board or footage of it in a live session.
- An additional $20 gift card if you include a short video describing your use case and the impact it had on your sessions.
- Standout stories may be featured in our user community and on social media.
Rewards are provided for valid submissions only, and apply to each approved submission.
How to submit your story
Step 1: Run your session
Use the Idea Board in a real session with your audience.
Step 2: Capture the result
During or after the session, please take:
- A screenshot of the final Idea Board result, or
- A photo of the session with the Idea Board visible on screen, ideally with the presenter or audience included
To qualify for the additional $20 gift card, you can also include a short video (30–90 seconds) showing:
The presenter, audience and their Idea Board responses during the session
- Or you explaining how you used Idea Board and what impact it had
As a minimum, please use images that are at least 720 × 720 px and videos that are at least 720p.
Step 3: Share your story
Fill in the form with:
The interactive question you used
- How the activity unfolded
- The impact it had on the session
A short paragraph is enough. Around 150–250 words is ideal, but feel free to share more if you have a richer story to tell.
Step 4: Submit
We’ll review your submission and send a confirmation email once it’s approved.

Do I need to write a long story?

A written story and one screenshot or photo from a real Idea Board session. We’ll review your submission and send a confirmation once it’s approved.
Do I need to include a video?
No. A video is optional. If you include one, it should be a short clip of you explaining how you used Idea Board and what impact it had on your session. This qualifies for the additional $20 AhaSlides credit.
What kind of video should I submit?

Can I use content from a past session?
Yes, as long as it’s from a real session where you used the Idea Board.
Do I need to show my face or my audience?
No. A screenshot is enough if you prefer. However, if you include the presenter, audience, or session context, it may help us feature your story more fully in community and educational content.
Will my submission be used publicly?
Submissions will be used by AhaSlides for marketing and educational purposes.
When will I receive my reward?
We’ll review your submission and send a confirmation once it’s approved. Rewards will be delivered within 3 days after approval.
Will I receive a reward for each submission?
Yes. If you have different Idea Board sessions to share, you can submit more than once. Each approved submission is eligible for rewards.
Each submission should show a different context, audience, or use case. Submissions that are too similar may not be approved.
