You ran an Idea Board session. The room lit up, people contributed, something clicked. Now it's your turn to share what worked — and get rewarded for it.
We're collecting real stories from real sessions to help other presenters see what's possible with Idea Board. In return, you'll receive an Amazon gift card as a thank-you.
Rewards
As a thank-you:
- $30 gift card for a written story, and a screenshot of the Idea Board or footage of it in a live session.
- An additional $20 gift card if you include a short video describing your use case and the impact it had on your sessions.
- Standout stories may be featured in our user community and on social media.
Rewards are provided for valid submissions only, and apply to each approved submission.
How to submit your story
Ready to share yours? The steps below will guide you through it.
Step 1: Run your session
Use the Idea Board in a real session with your audience.
Step 2: Capture the result
During or after the session, please take:
- A screenshot of the final Idea Board result, or
- A photo of the session with the Idea Board visible on screen, ideally with the presenter or audience included

To qualify for the additional $20 gift card, you can also include a short video (30–90 seconds) showing:
- The presenter, audience and their Idea Board responses during the session
- Or you explaining how you used Idea Board and what impact it had
Here's a quick example of what your video could look like:
As a minimum, please use images that are at least 720 × 720 px and videos that are at least 720p.
Step 3: Submit your story
Upload the image/video and fill in the form with:
- The interactive question you used
- How the activity unfolded
- The impact it had on the session
Around 150–250 words is ideal — a short paragraph is all we need, though feel free to share more if you have a richer story to tell.
Step 4: Get paid
We'll review your submission and send a confirmation email once it's approved. Your reward will be processed within 3 days.

Do I need to write a long story?

Will my submission be used publicly?
Submissions will be used by AhaSlides for marketing and educational purposes.
When will I receive my reward?
Rewards will be delivered within 3 days after your submission is approved.
Will I receive a reward for each submission?
Yes. You can submit more than once if you have different Idea Board sessions to share. Each approved submission is eligible. Submissions should show different contexts, audiences, or use cases — similar submissions may not be approved.
